A husband of wife economic team in Columbia University came up with the “Cloward -Piven Plan:  overwhelm the system. That is, “give government benefits at the expense of taxpayers to those who vote for politicians who will do it.” After a while the system is bankrupt!  It’s going on right now! But unlike the novel “1984,” we now have omni-present surveillance, artificial intelligence, digital currency, and ultimately digital identities.
