In 1980, Ayatollah Rula Khomeini, after winning the revolution against the Shah, executed 17 of his advisers. That often happens when dictators are put into power by the people who could also take them back out of power. Stalin had his supporters executed.So did Hitler. So did Castro. And so did Khomeini.Such men are totally ruthless. Now, to believe that Iran's president, who spoke at the United Nations next week, is next. He didn't look like a president.He looked like a hostage, delivering the lines that the Ayatollahs ordered him to deliver. Of course, they're holding his family in Iran hostage, so he has to go back, even if it means his death.
